THE POOL VILLAS
The Pool Villas at Sunplay Bangsaray have been designed to compliment the natural surroundings and are the result of a philosophy that puts the quality of life at its heart. The design features extensive living areas open to 2 sides with natural ventilation throughout, blurring the distinction between indoor and outdoor spaces. Substantial planting serves to ensure complete privacy for each individual villa and to minimise the presence of (built) walls, whilst also providing cooling shade. The extensive gardens and public areas create the feeling of being connected to and surrounded by nature wherever you are in the villa.
HIGH QUALITY THROUGHOUT
Step into your stylish 2 or 3 bedroom villa and appreciate the spacious and airy open-plan design. Flooring materials run out beyond the glazing lines to generous covered terraces and to the poolside and gardens beyond. All of which enhance the feeling that you are at one with your surroundings.
Your private pool is only steps from your bedroom and perfect for long, drowsy afternoons spent lounging with a good book or your favourite cocktail.
The highest quality materials have been used throughout the construction, and each villa features brand-name, fully-fitted kitchens. There is ample storage space. Parking for 2-3 cars. A second outdoor terrace is ideal for barbecues or al fresco dining.
DESIGNED FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
In keeping with the project’s sustainable approach, the villa designs have incorporated a number of green, energy saving features.
The Pool Villas roofs are planted with a green blanket that reduces the requirements for mechanical cooling by insulating the roof’s fabric from solar gain. Not only does this tried and tested system provide benefits in terms of cooling and energy savings, it also creates an attractive roofscape, that enhances the aesthetic of the villa and the entire estate.
Deep eaves also ensure that window glass is shaded, again minimising heat build up. This, in conjunction with good through ventilation, further reduces the amount of mechanical cooling required.
In addition, a palette of low maintenance, locally sourced construction materials, including the “field stone” walls which are a feature of the property keep cost and energy usage low.
